vet. when a dog is "normal" vomiting a little is to remove stuff they don't need, usually mine will eat some grass to make herself puke if she has an upset tummy.
when the dog is pregnant you have to worry about her and all the pups, so if something is off, you need to make sure there isn't something worse going on, especially since the hormones and dietary needs are also way different when pregnant than normal.
I would call the vet. I took in a pregnant stray and she never did that but every once in a blue moon one of my dogs will but it is only a one time thing...never a repeat the same day.
I would call the vet and see what they think. If they want to see her than by all means bring her in. I believe the yellow is the stomach juices meaning her belly is empty...but I am NOT a vet.
Ok this may be unpleasant..
Did she have to pee? Did she miss a potty break? Dogs will sometimes lick and swallow to avoid going in the house, and just hurl it up later.
But these people are right, it could be something else.
Pure yellow foamy liquid is acid.
If it is just the once and it hasn't been going on all day then she should be fine.
It normally comes with an empty tummy, so feed her a little and see if stops.

was it eating any grass if so that is not a bad thing cause it acutely
