Will my cat and dog ever get along?

they are both girls and curly my dog is nice but my cat fluffy

trys to get curly everytime she sees her.

is there anyway to make them be freinds or something?

Put the cat in a kennal put the kennal with the cat in it and the dog in a room alone untill the cat isnt afraid or hissing. Let the dog sniff and bark all it wants. If its a big dog make sure it doesnt bite the cat it would kill it. And if they fight for attention give one pet a treat without giveing the other a treat and then do the same with the other pet later and she will learn to share u and that they dont always come b4 eachother, -hope this helps

how long have they lived together? i have three dalimations 2 boys 1 girl, a rat terrier a girl and three cats 2 boys and 1 girl they are all spayed and nuetered and they all get along great. i wouldn't say best friends but they don't fight or try to kill each other.
