talk to your vet about surgery, and antibiotics.
go to anouther vet, just to get a second opinion.
Your best bet is to research all you can or google it!!

My dog is 9 years old and was diagnosed with something called penicillium or something like that and has been sick for a few months. The fungus is apparently stuck in his sinus and the vet says it will go to his brain and kill him. Please, if anyone knows of this, can you tell me if their is anything else i can do?-thanks
