My dog has a red mole on his leg?

My dog has a red mole on his lower leg. It isn't flat, and it looks like a pimple or a red wart. If anyone has experienced anything like this, or have any idea of what it could be, please let me know. Thanks!

You need to take him to the vet,any kind of growth on your dog could be bad.We're not vets.Take him before it turns into something worse.Jeez
