1st take him outside...2nd leave him out there...3rd don't let him back in...he will eventually find a new home and they can fix the problem!
I suggest you take him to the vet as soon as you can! :)

Is it coming out of his butt or out of his mouth? Stick a peppermint in both ends and see if that helps.
Is it mutating into a better smelling fart??
