there is not enough cocoa in "cheap" chocolate. the real concern is if the dog eats chocolate with high amounts of cocoa like daffins. my neighbors mini poodle ate 2 dozen peanut butter blossoms the cookies with Hershey's kisses on them. he did not even get sick so you should be ok,. good luck
It depends on the size of the dog..
Medium to small dogs will definitely have a problem but even with a big dog I would go to the vet. But then again it's not dark chocolate.

no i dont think so because that happend to my dog and she live to be 12 yrs old

The thing with chocolate and dogs is if they are allergic to it, this came from a vet. I had a german shepherd years ago and we would sit and share a pound bag of M&M's and it never gave her problems. But then again she ate a box of steel wool and was fine too. Just watch your dog to make sure she doesnt show signs of allergic reaction.
It should be ok, but it might get sick. so if it shows any symptoms of sickness take it to the vet
